The hotel has a convenient location near public transport and cafes, but it is a little far from the Duomo Area. The rooms were a bit cold, even with a paid heater. The service was not the best, as the staff was impolite, and charging $10 per person for breakfast that wasn't worth it. The dining room offers a typical Italian menu but lacks good ventilation. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is well situated and close to public transport.
